How does the Stiffness Test work?
"Stiffness Problems" explains why non-linear trap stiffness makes it difficult to fit the WLC model to the force-extension curve from a short piece of DNA or RNA.
"Curve Analysis" gives examples of using the Stiffness Test on real data.
