A program to compute the temperature rise for NaCl solutions heated by a laser beam. Uses Stokes Law Test to measure reduced apparent diameter of trapped bead under heating laser. See deLorenzo et al, Biophys.J 108 p.2854 (2015). Pascal code was compiled in Borland Turbo Pascal 7.0 and runs in old PC computers with XP operating system. |
